A practical, experiential workshop designed to strengthen your supervision skills through clarity, curiosity, and reflective practice.

Introduction to a model of supervision practice
Skills practice for intention setting and creating ‘psychological’ safety within the supervisory relationship
Exploring question types that strengthen the supervisee’s confidence.

Workshop Format

The format of the workshop is aimed to create a supportive group including direct teaching, breakout practice and group discussion.
